This Brazilian coffee really stands out for us! The photo above is of the Borrés family farm in Brazil. What a spectacular spot! We chose to serve this coffee not just because it’s delicious, but the Borrés family are leaders in their farming practices. They take great care of all their stages on the farm and also great pride in protecting and preserving the ecological health of the area. These factors are really important to us when choosing a coffee to serve to you, to ensure that no one has been exploited in the process.
