We have such a soft spot for well grown and processed Brazilian coffees. Sitio Dois Irmaos meaning, two brothers (named after Antonio’s two sons), the farm is located in the rolling mountains of Mantiquiera, Sul de Minas. The region has become renowned for its impeccable quality, producing some of the finest coffees Brazil has to offer. With lofty altitude, mountainous terrain and small family operated farms, producers in Carmo and Mantiquiera face much higher production costs to the larger more mechanised farms across Brazil. This has seen many producers here shift entirely to specialty coffee production focusing on quality not quantity. Antonio and his sons focus entirely on specialty aswell being passionate about restoring soil health and minimising environmental degradation.
